Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AlwaysOnline websites, merchant workspace, integrations, AI Team features, and related services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AlwaysOnline, you agree to these Terms. If you use AlwaysOnline on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of service
AlwaysOnline provides business software for merchants, including AI phone reception, workspace management, customer and booking tools, AI Team automation, invoice workflows, and third-party integrations.
Some features may depend on third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, or email delivery providers.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly at [email protected].
4. Organizations, roles, and permissions
AlwaysOnline is designed for organizations. Owners and administrators are responsible for configuring team members, roles, store access, billing permissions, and feature permissions.
Users must not attempt to access organizations, stores, invoices, emails, or data for which they do not have permission.
5. Third-party integrations
When you connect a third-party email account, calendar, payment service, or other integration, you confirm that you have the right to authorize AlwaysOnline to access that account for the features you choose to use.
You may disconnect integrations at any time. Disconnecting an integration may stop related automation or data synchronization.
6. Email and automation features
AlwaysOnline may help process, classify, archive, draft, or send emails only when you enable the relevant feature and grant the required permission.
You are responsible for reviewing automated outputs where business, legal, financial, or customer-impacting decisions are involved.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use AlwaysOnline to violate law, send spam or phishing messages, infringe privacy or intellectual property rights, bypass access controls, attack systems, or interfere with the service.
You may not upload malicious code, attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the platform to harm other users or third parties.
8. Customer data
You retain ownership of your business data. AlwaysOnline processes your data to provide the service, follow your instructions, support security, and comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and notices required to upload or process customer, employee, invoice, email, or business data through AlwaysOnline.
9. Billing and plans
Paid features, credits, usage-based charges, or subscriptions may be subject to separate billing terms shown in the product or agreed with your organization.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and for charges incurred by users with billing permissions in your organization.
10. AI-generated outputs
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
AlwaysOnline does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice.
11. Service availability
We work to keep AlwaysOnline reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where necessary for security, maintenance, compliance, or product improvement.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe there is a security risk, unlawful use, policy violation, payment issue, or risk to the service or other users.
You may stop using the service at any time. Certain data may be retained as required by law, audit obligations, financial record retention, or legitimate business needs.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlwaysOnline is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlwaysOnline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when appropriate.
